About the council
The WWDC is a board the governor hand selected to advise the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services, oversee its 20 full-service state centers, and align employment and training programs.
The council determines federal workforce grant allocations to support businesses and increase the number and quality of jobs for Wyomingites.
The WWDC identifies growing state industries, helps establish and oversee Next Gen sector partnerships, and fosters collaboration that creates opportunities and overcomes obstacles within those industries.
